Booking

All bookings must be made in advance via email or the online booking system and the full balanced paid immediately.  Your experience is not confirmed until you have received an emailed booking confirmation. In receipt of your confirmation you must check that all the details are correct as any amendments have to be registered to Mobile Zorbing Wales within 24hrs.  All bookings are binding and final.

Amendments, Cancellations (by clients) & Refunds

Amendments made after 24hrs of booking will incur an administration fee.
Cancellations made within 7 days of booking will incur a nominal fee and a partial refund will be given.  After this time, no refunds will be given to cancellations.
No refund will be given to those who fail to arrive at the Mobile Zorbing Wales site on the specified date.

Cancellations by Mobile Zorbing Wales

Mobile Zorbing Wales reserves the right to cancel any course that does not receive sufficient bookings to make it financially viable.
Anyone booked onto a course cancelled by Mobile Zorbing Wales will be entitled to a full refund.
Anyone on such a course will be invited to transfer to another date.  Should they transfer to a different experience; any difference in price will be invoiced or credited accordingly.
Additionally, circumstances may arise where we are forced to alter dates / venues e.g, adverse weather conditions.

Mobile Zorbing Wales reserves the right to cancel operations or bookings for any reason which may affect the safety and security of the customer or staff. Mobile Zorbing Wales is subject to weather conditions and is most commonly affected by heavy rainfall or high or gale force winds. If the customer is in any doubt about the weather conditions please contact Mobile Zorbing Wales.

Restrictions

The customer cannot participate in a Mobile Zorbing Wales experience if they are:-

• Under 7yrs old – Aqua Zorbing (Parental consent required up to the age of 18)
• Under 12yrs old – Harness Zorbing (Parental consent required up to the age of 18)
• Under 4ft (Harness Zorbing)
• Exceeding 18stone (115Kg) (Max girth 60ins)
• Suffering from high blood pressure, heart condition or epilepsy
• Suffering from, or have ever had any back or neck problems
• Pregnant
• Under the influence of drugs or alcohol

All participants are required to sign a waiver (disclaimer) This must be signed in front of our staff before you can go Zorbing. False information could affect the safety and security of the staff and customer and invalidate insurance.
Neither Mobile Zorbing Wales nor any of it representatives can be held responsible for illness, injury or death sustained during a Mobile Zorbing Wales experience, barring negligence by the company or it’s staff.

Mobile Zorbing Wales is not responsible for any damage or loss to customer property at the site.
